1-How much revenue can I earn?
A. Several clients need agents 24/7, and you can work with two clients at the same time, as long as you fulfill your SOW (Statement of Work) which is your contract. You can make as much as you like from certain clients.
2-What is the Arise platform and why do I need to register on Arise?
A. Arise is the bridge between the CSP (Customer Service Professional) and supporting the clients.
3-Who will be paying me?
A. The agent is paid by your IBO (Independent Business Owner) two times a month.
4-Is this a salary, hourly or commission employment?
A. Working for CTSG is an hourly scheduled contract position.
5-How many times a month will I get paid?
A. You are paid via ACH two times a month.
6-Who will I be working for?
A. You will be working for large companies, and fortune 500 companies in various industries. Such as roadside assistance, cruise lines, travel, home repair, financial, retail, sales assistance, etc…
7-Is there a fee for training/certification?
A. There is NO fee for training/certification; however, if the agent accepts job training and does not show up on the first day, there is a $20 no-show fee.
8-Is the work reliable?
A. Yes, each client has SOW “statement of work” which is your work contract outlining available hours and your responsibilities under the contract.
9-How many hours can I work?
A. It depends on the client, some clients need agents available 24/7.
10-Can I work for 2 clients at the same time?
A. Yes, you can work for 2 clients at the same time. It is recommended that you work for 2 clients at the same time, to optimize your earnings.
11-Do I need previous experience to work for fortune 500 companies?
A. No, all clients have training/certification however, having experience will assist you in advancing in your career.
13-Do you charge for employment?
A. No, CTSG does not charge to register on CTSG/Arise portal or platform. However, after you pass your free training and servicing a client. Arise charges a platform usage Fee of $19.75, deducted from your biweekly pay. CTSG has a small administrative/support fee biweekly.
14-Is CTech Solutions Group LLC a personal service?
A. No, CTSG is not a personal service. Personal services will hire you as a W2 employee. CTSG hires you as an independent contractor 1099.
15-Are work-from-home opportunities available everywhere?
A. No, these states below are not serviceable…

16-Can I move to a different location or state and still work with Arise clients?
A. Yes, as long as the Arise platform is servicing clients in that area.
17-How long before I can start working after registering on CTech Solutions Group (CTSG) & Arise?
A. In most cases 3 weeks but can go up to 6 weeks; there is also earn while you learn. It depends on which client you train for.
18-What type of work will I be doing?
A. Your job function will primarily be supporting the clients’ customers. I.e. technical support tech, sales assistant, or customer service professional. (Note: choose your clients wisely)
19-Will CTech Solutions Group supply equipment?
A. No, CTSG/Arise will not supply equipment to independent contractors.
20-What equipment is needed to work from home?
A. CSP (Customer Service Professionals) Click the link for hardware/software requirements to service the client.
21-Do you provide help registering on the Arise platform?
A. Yes, CTSG supports all registered agents from start to scheduling for the client; and is ongoing.
22-What type of services will I be providing?
A. As a CSP (Customer Service Professional) you will be servicing the client’s customer, i.e. technical support, booking support, roadside assistance, etc…
23-Does CTech Solutions Group provide any benefits?
A. No, you are an independent contractor 1099, not a full-time W2 employee.
24-What are the steps involved before I can schedule work?
A. The first step is contacting CTSG for an appointment/interview, next complete a quiz (must pass), survey, paperwork, registration on the CTSG website and registration on Arise portal, Arise portal assessment (which you have to pass), computer system check which you have to pass. Choose a client to work for and schedule training. Complete client certification/ training (complete and or pass all requirements; must pass). Sign your SOW (Statement of Work) – contract. Schedule your hours for your client in Starmatic. CTSG will assist/support the agent in every step of the process.
25-What kind of clients will I be working for?
A. The CSP will work for various industries, i.e. financial, home repair, roadside assistance, retail, travel, healthcare, sales assistance, etc…
26-Do the Arise clients or CTSG LLC pay overtime; time and a half?
No, you are not a W2 employee of Arise or CTSG; and you are working with CTSG as a contract worker. You will receive a 1099 tax form at the end of the year if you earned at least $600.00.
27-What are the qualifications to work with CTSG to service clients?
A. At least 18 years of age and reside in serviceable areas.
28-Can I service clients part-time?
A. Yes, you make your schedule; however, many clients have a minimum amount of hours usually 15-20 hours.
29-What happens if I’m not able to complete my schedule for the client?
A. To release an interval in Starmatic, simply unselect the interval and then click on the Submit button.
If your release time falls within the 48-hour lockdown period you will receive a warning as this action will negatively affect your “Commitment Adherence”.
At this stage, you can continue and accept the warning or cancel the process and keep the interval.
30-Can I train for 2 clients at the same time?
A. It is “NOT” recommended to training for two clients at the same time. There is a lot of information to learn. If you “don’t pass” your certification/training you will not be able to service the client. However, you can choose another client.
31-How long is the certification/training?
A. Certification/training can range from 2 weeks-5 weeks, many clients have earn while you learn, (paid training).
32-What happens if I service non-posted service intervals?
A. Servicing non-posted hours is referred to as pirated hours and can cause the Statement of Work (SOW) to be terminated. You will receive revenue for the hours worked. However, if you are still engaged in a chat or on a call when your scheduled interval ends, the Statement of Work (SOW) will not be impacted.
33-Are you hiring CSP/Technical Support Specialist in my area?
A. CTSG is currently focusing on hiring in North NJ. CTSG conducts on-site interviews as well as processing, and administrative paperwork.
